Account Requirements

Account Creation and Terms Acceptance: During account creation, you must confirm acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that ListCastTV enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior and that failure to comply will result in account removal.

You Agree NOT To:

User Content

• • You retain ownership of videos and content you upload
• • You grant us a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all content you post
• • You represent that property information is accurate and truthful
• • We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws
• • Property listings must comply with fair housing laws and regulations

Accuracy Requirements

• • You are responsible for the accuracy of all property information
• • Property details, pricing, and features must be truthful and current
• • You must update property information when it changes
• • ListCastTV is not responsible for inaccurate property information
• • Users should verify property information independently

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Professional Standards

Zero Tolerance Policy

ListCastTV enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• • Hate speech, discrimination, or offensive content
• • Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity
• • Inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content
• • Impersonation or false representation

Content Moderation

• • We use automated filters and human review to detect and remove objectionable or abusive content
• • Every video includes tools for users to report content that violates these guidelines
• • Users can report objectionable videos directly from the video page

Response Time and Enforcement

We commit to reviewing and acting on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. When violations are confirmed:

• • Offending content is immediately removed
• • The user who provided the offending content may be warned, suspended, or permanently banned
• • Repeated violations result in permanent account termination
• • We reserve the right to escalate serious violations to the appropriate authorities
• • We may notify impacted community members of enforcement actions when appropriate

By continuing to use ListCastTV, you agree there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users and that violations will result in immediate enforcement actions.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal conduct. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. Upon termination, your content may be removed, though some information may be retained as required by law.

Service Availability

• • We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
• • We are not responsible for property information accuracy provided by users
• • We are not involved in real estate transactions between professionals and clients
• • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• • We are not liable for any losses from real estate transactions

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListCastTV and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of any laws or regulations, or infringement of any rights of another party.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida, United States.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the service.
